I trained 3 times yesterday, and now my apartment is a mess… but I’ll fix that right now.

I don’t do 3 sessions every day, but here’s what my typical week looks like as a competitive BJJ athlete…

Yesterday, I went to the 6:30am morning BJJ class at @caio_terra_academy like I do every day of the week…

After that, I worked, then did strength and conditioning at @victorysubmissionstrength, which I do 2x a week. These sessions are a little over an hour or more.

Then, last night I did my second ever judo lesson at @cj.judo, and I officially have my fresh judo white belt. I’ll probably do this 2x a week now.

On the weekends, I hit as many open mats as I can… right now, I’ll do 7:30am no-gi rolling for an hour on Saturday, and then @thekoffeekrew open mat and Caio Terra open mat for like 3 hours or more of rolling on Sunday.

The mess in my apartment is a reflection of a heavy day yesterday, so now it’s time to reset for the rest of the week. I kinda like the mess sometimes though… it means I’m working hard.

And shoutout to all the other athletes out there working hard. The scale is different for everybody, and seeing people working harder than me inspires me to do more!
