Someone I know once got a house filled with squatters out of his rental house in less than 1 hour by asking his brother to call 10 male friends, convoying to the house the next day when they were all off work and parking in front of it, lining his brother and all the friends up behind him, and knocking on the door. When someone answered the door, he simply said 'you have 30 minutes to get out'. He said the person looked over his shoulder at the silent men lined up behind him, asked for a minute to tell everybody, and everyone quickly left with whatever they could carry.
I laughingly told him he should start a business doing it. Worked like a charm.

Someone I know spent over ยฃ8,000 in legal fees and half a year trying to legally remove a tenant that turned into a squatter in the UK. The court system literally protects squatters and legitimate landlord rights are seldom protected. Not only that but they caused over ยฃ10K in damage to the carpet and furniture, as well was walls, curtains etc, violated estate rules by having a flat full of pets and harassed neighbours. Still the courts refused to take meaningful action. So my friend went to an East London Eastern European gang, paid them ยฃ500 to solve the problem. They voluntarily left after one week.

Hey, you do what you gotta do nowadays. The laws are made to protect the criminals instead of the rightful home owners!! Until they either make new laws or change the ones we have now, we are on our own when it comes to squatters. Good job men!!! โค๐
