I wanted to break up with gf prior to she broke up with me was very hard for me to do and she was so innocent and good to me for all 4 years so I couldn’t and requested a space from her she said if you move out we are done and I said okay just after 2 weeks of that she blindsided me on a date night in a restaurant and without any explanation and I swear to God it’s been 57 days and I was so attached to her that’s I can’t sleep without crying I’m sure I’m not gonna see her again but they way she treated me after the break up I didnot expect that from her 😢

I have watched so many of Coach Craig’s videos everything he and Victoria, and Margaret have said is absolutely true. I have experienced what it’s like to have a long-term relationship with a man who has an avoidant personality I have learned so much and have been through exactly what Coach Kenneth describes in these videos going. No contact works. It really really does. But once the avoidant does come back, they really need to get help so that they break the cycle.
