I saw a ghost once, but it wasn’t see-through at all. It looked exactly like normal.

I once read a book about a guy who was studying said after images by looking at the sun. Eventually the guys eyesight was failing and got destressed and decided to look himself away from the world by locking himself in his house after a significant amount of time he regained said eye sight and came outside again and as he did this he records that he saw a flower and out of said flower he saw the "soul" of the plant and as a child approached the flower the flower hid it's "soul" .
The book is called secret life of plants.

I see ghosts/spirits quite often and 95% of the time they are full body apparitions...
I enjoy seeing them but most people seem to be scared of just the thought of it...

I saw it !! Lol. But I do not agree that if you saw a real ghost that that is what it is .

I understand the mechanism quite well (psych degree and an interest in illusion/parapsychology). However…as an aphantasic, the best I can ever manage is a ‘white’ blob very loosely in the shape of the original image.
The ‘apparition’ I saw twice while working a few years ago were are corporeal to me as the furniture in my livingroom (where I am right now). I cannot produce mental imagery at all, I do not have the capacity, so what did I see.
