NO BAKE NO CREAM CHEESE NO GELATIN NUTELLA CHEESECAKE RECIPE:
🤩For the Crust:
🍫140 grams Parle-G Biscuits
🍫25 grams candied hazelnuts
🍫50 grams salted butter, melted
🤩For the NO BAKE Cheesecake Batter:
🍫225 grams hung yogurt (made from 750 grams store-bought yogurt/dahi)
🍫150 grams whipping cream (I’ve used Dairy Free Whip Topping)
🍫100 grams sweetened condensed milk
🍫100 grams Nutella, room temperature
🍫50 grams candied hazelnuts, roughly crushed
✅I’ve used a 6-inch loose bottomed cake tin and greased it well.
✅Crush the biscuits and candied hazelnuts in a blender until it becomes a fine powder
✅Add melted butter, mix well and add to the base of the cake tin.
✅Whip all the ingredients for the cheesecake base and plop half of it on the crust. Then add ✅Nutella dollops and candied hazelnuts,
✅Top with the rest of the cheesecake batter, add more Nutella and candied hazelnuts.
✅Refrigerate overnight and unmold the cheesecake the next day!
