It is so similar to Islam , in Islam we have free will to chose moral choices like sin , good or bad deeds beside these everything has decreed by god we don’t have free will , in Quran god says nothing happen to you unless it has been written in a book before we bring it into existence so don’t get disappointed what you missed and don’t be proud what you gain .
