Feels a little clunky when you go directly from Elden Ring to Dark Souls, plus the change of interaction buttons, but it's worth it.

If you are big into pvp, Ds3 has mod support to build an invasion/duel character at any level within 10-20 mins. For an sl120 build to enter duels you only need to kill Vordt, Crystal Sage and Gravetender

idk a lot of "veterans" call out new soulsborne players saying we wont last in other fromsoft games but after finishing elden ring, ds1 was pretty easy and fun tbh

Let's be honest Dark Souls is harder than elden ring because you're forced to fight bosses royal in elden ring you can just run around and level up

I find dark souls is the beautiful horror of the souls series, really crouded and claustrophobic halls, the almost puzzle like areas. I find it way more engaging than ER's open world. Elden Rings legacy dungeons are great but weird. For eg, why tge the fuck can i just go up an elevator and skip a good portion of stormvail castle, always seemed a bit backwards. In saying that tho player choice is super important. But I do find Dark Souls is more replayable in the long run then elden ring
