I think for Russia it shoud be Poland/Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, because they fought for like 600 years and when Poland was under Russia's occupation they had a lot of upisings. then after WWI Polish - Soviet war occurred. And then in WWII Poland was invated by Germany AND the Soviet Union. So yeah, they have " interesting " history.

Bosnian historical enemy is Kingdom of Hungary, Bosnia was constantly a puppet of it's during the medieval ages and was constantly fighting for it's independence, until it achieved it and became the Kingdom of Bosnia. You can also say Austria Hungary but Bosnia wasn't a state at that time. You can also say Serbia was an enemy too because of Yugoslav wars, but also because Bosnia had a war with the Serbian empire a couple of times despite it sending help to the Battle of Kosovo.

The countries of Central and Eastern Europe are characterized by a high level of emigration to Western Europe, mainly due to economic reasons, better job prospects and a higher quality of life. Here are some of the countries that have a large number of emigrants:
### 1. *Poland*
- Poland is one of the countries with the largest number of emigrants in Europe. Many Poles have emigrated to countries such as the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and Ireland, especially after Poland joined the European Union in 2004.
### 2. *Romania*
- Romania also has a large number of emigrants, especially to Italy, Spain, Germany and the UK. The country has been struggling with a high level of economic emigration for years, which has an impact on Romania's demographics and economy.
### 3. *Bulgaria*
- Bulgarians emigrate mainly to Germany, the UK, Spain and Italy. As in Romania, emigration is driven by economic reasons.
### 4. *Hungary*
- Hungarians migrate mainly to Austria, Germany and the UK. Some migration is for work, but in recent years political differences have also been a reason.
### 5. *Lithuania*
- Lithuania has a high emigration rate relative to its population size. Lithuanians mainly go to the UK, Norway, Ireland and Germany.
### 6. *Latvia and Estonia*
- Baltic countries such as Latvia and Estonia also have a significant share of citizens migrating to Western Europe, mainly to the UK, Germany and the Scandinavian countries.
### 7. *Slovakia*
- Slovaks emigrate mainly to the Czech Republic, Austria, Germany and the UK, looking for better working conditions.
### 8. *Czech Republic*
- Compared to other countries in the region, the Czech Republic has a lower level of emigration, but some Czechs go to Germany and Austria.
### 9. *Ukraine (outside the EU)*
- Ukraine also has a large percentage of emigrants who seek work in Poland, Germany, Italy, the Czech Republic, and Spain. In recent years, the number of emigrants from Ukraine has increased due to political conflicts and war.
Emigration from these countries has had a major impact on the labor markets in Western Europe, as well as on the demographics and economies of the countries of origin, where there is often a shortage of skilled workers in certain sectors.
