Overall, he just seemed like one of the best and most impacted villains there were!! Sure, he did it out of love for Squirrelflight, which isn't the best reason.
SPOILERSS:
He caused Squirreflight to reveal the truth that HollyLeaf, LionBlaze, and JayFeather weren't her kits. This caused a lot of quarrel. AshFur manipulation Shadowsight into killing ThunderClans leader, BrambleStar, so AshFur could take over their body. As "BrambleStar," Ashfur had controlled the clans, banished clancats and medicine cats from the clans, and nit only that. He had taken over the darkforest, lost spirits, and made starclan lost and hidden from the clans, causing the clans to be in despair and desperation.
In my opinion, he did the worst for the reason to be evil, but it made a huge impact.
DarkTail:
Same as AshFur. DarkTail was one of the most powerful villains there were; killing many cats, invading 3 clans territorys, and driving them out.
Sure, he killed my girl NeedTail, and I won't forgive him. But I got to admit, he was pretty successful until OneStar took him down

Here are mine:

(Darkstripe cause his design is good, i love his personality. And the way how he's a pure evil yet he failed to poison a kit- [I hate Sorreltail because she survived it so guess you can make out what kind of a person i'm.])
(Scourge cause i like his design and love the idea of him having his claws sharper and being a powerplayer-)
(Tigerstar... I like him kind of mostly for the past. In the first book he seemed just like a great warrior that does his duty and even tho i haven't readed about his past, his past also seems relatable to me 👍- tho, i didn't like his later appearances as the spirit of darkforest... But i chose him because of the nostalgia and because i didn't like the other villians, like: Nothing special about mapleshade! She's a murderer and totally deserved it. Tho the kits didn't-
