There is too much information on the Internet, which is confusing, unclear, and inaccurate. So, you have to ask your doctor if your results are constantly higher then 6mmol/l (if you make the test before meal).
► When you're experiencing physical or emotional stress, hormones are released that increase your blood sugar. Artificial sweeteners— some studies show they can raise blood sugar. Some people's blood sugar is extra-sensitive to caffeine, so coffee may raise the blood sugar.
