Ingredients:

For making balloon bread:

1. Warm milk. 1 cup
2. Yeast. 1 tsp
3. Salt. 3/4 tsp
4. Sugar. 1 tbsp
5.maida/all purpose flour 2.5 cup

Oil. 1 tbsp for greasing hands
Let the dough rest for 2 hours

6. Milk. For dipping
7. Sesame seed /വെള്ള എള്ള്. For dipping
8. Oil. For frying

For making filling:

9. Chicken boneless. 100 g
10. Oil. 2 tbsp
11. Garlic finely chopped. 1 tsp
12. Onion thinly sliced. 1 big
13.carrot. 1 1/2 cup
14.cabbage. 1 1/2 cup
15. Capsicum. 1 cup
16. Tomato sauce. 2 tbsp
17. Soya sauce. 1 tbsp
18. Pepper crushed. 1 tbsp
19. Salt to taste
20. Mayonnaise. 6-8 tbsp
21. Coriander leaves
22. Pickled cucumber. 1/2 cup
(Cucumber soaked in vinegar,water,and salt for 3 hours)

Chicken marinade:
1. Chicken boneless. 100 g
2. Ginger garlic paste. 1 tsp
3. Chilly powder. 3/4 tsp
4. Pepper powder. 1/2 tsp
5. Turmeric powder. 1/8 tsp
6. Salt to taste.
7. Lemon juice. 1 tsp
8. Oil. 1 tsp
9. Curd. 1 tsp
