Yes, it works very well! Years back I tried it upon a very badly mildewed rose, the foliage was just completely WHITE! I put some 2% milk in a spray container and applied the spray to the foliage to the point of run off, it worked AMAZINGLY well to STOP the mildew in its tracks!
