There are actually over 6,000 portional or complete manuscripts in the greek language. Additionally you can see the dead sea scrolls which line up perfectly. Hebrew, latin, greek, and Aramaic make up thousands and thousands of recorded historical documents.
Not to mention there were tens of thousands of early commentaries within the early church!
