This game aged so well. Was ahead of its time with the water physics as well. I remember being so awed by it playing it as a teenager

Biggest jumpscare in the game. 2nd one is with the female splicers playing as mannquins in the flooded apartments.

For this level of the game, I had my shotgun and Electrobolt Plasmid equiped but that Thugish Splicer did make me jump a bit when the steam cleared.
But I found the Plastered Spider Splicers in Fort Frolic to be more scare worthy, especially when they posed as mannequins and the only thing you heard from them when they moved were the hooks they used when they were coming for you.

I did play this as a kid, well let me rephrase, I played the beginning as a kid but when the splicer came down and killed the dude I was scared and when the door opened I exited the game and didn’t play it until a year later where I came back and beat the game, great game
