She needs to be careful. If I were her, I would not give up my flat. It sounds to me like he wants her money. If she sells and then they buy a flat together, she is now more entangled with someone I am not so sure she wants to be that entangled with. Have you tried using your pigment/glitters almost like paint or eyeshadow for your molds? As in, dipping the brush into the power and using it like that instead of putting it directly onto the mold? Sure it may take longer, but there's less risk of mess/wasted product and you have better control over where the pigments go
