Also, 2 details that I couldn't fit into a 60 second short:
1. Don't allow your opponent to have inside position for long. When you get the overtie keep your free hand (my right hand in this video) down in front of you to use as a line of defense if he shoots. This also makes for a faster transition to the elbow.
2. I like to think of the footwork as a quarter cartwheel / crow hop
