If you think the blue is a bit "solid" in that corner and want something more to pop, you could use colors to compliment it, like dusty yellow and greens, certain red or purples, other complimentary colors.... Feels like it'd work better accenting the blue color if it's "small" stuff you can move around though like the plant you put up top.
Imo it looks pretty good so far.

That shelf is too long, is going to sag really badly. You need supports in the middle. Even with nothing on it, it will begin to sag over time.
