It's hard for me to imagine the dog drowning, just because he was kicked into the pool. Dogs are usually pretty good swimmers. However, it is possible that she kicked the dog in a way that caused him injury severe enough to make him unable to swim. That's cruel & malicious, even if the dog was guilty. You don't do that. I think this woman had prior issues with the dog.
So sad that he was betrayed so callously for protecting his family's baby. I bet he felt that betrayal, as he drowned, after being injured so severely by the mom.
Also, the dad was negligent, too. He should've immediately gone out to save the dog, before reviewing the video. Again, even if he was guilty, you don't do that. This is a prime example of why. Talk about execution without a trial. I feel so sad for this poor dog.
