This is a Propeller aircraft with turbine engines, Not a jet aircraft.

The B200 has no specific bank limit, yes passing a 45 degree bank angle is considered an unusual attitude and should never be intentionally used in normal flight.

The only electric trim this aircraft has is for the elevator trim. Aileron and rudder trim can only be controlled through manual controls, so no runaway malfunction could cause this flight path/unusual attitude.

During take off with these types of aircraft, the thrust setting is normally set to max or just below it, for an issue to like this to occur the right engine will need to be producing far more thrust compared to the left engine. And yes you can select a thrust setting above the take off limit on this aircraft but the difference between the engines will not be enough to cause this accident.

What most likely happened, just speculation and we will need to wait for the final report to know exactly what happened, was the left engine had failed. this will cause a thrust imbalance, the right engine will yaw the aircraft to the left. corrective action is to use rudder to stop the yaw and feather the left engines propeller to reduce drag to minimize the yaw. One of the biggest causes for small to medium sized twin engine aircraft is an engine failure that is not handled correctly. The shown flight path is a text book example of a left hand engine failure without appropriate corrective action.
