I really like this practice this before this, because it shows the reality and also helps sometimes it takes different steps along the way to achieve results, which makes for a better excise and movement, that can prevent injury. Along with the softer easier listening music, is better and kinder on the ears and brain.

hey charlie !! i have been practicing for almost 9 months but i struggle with skandasana everytime i cant tell what im doing wrong can you give me tips to improve ?

(my hip flexor of the extended leg hurts and i end up going a lot lower on the side of the squat and either loose balance or end up sitting down)
