Got my first gray hair when I was 20 then when I turned 23 it went on speedrun due to massive stress. I am 24 now and feel much relaxed but my gray hairs are still popping up that are becoming more visible. Genes are also the reason of graying that came from my mum side of my DNA. Honestly, having gray hair never bothered me that when I got my first one, I felt that it was an achievement 😂
