I'm kind of embarrassed to ask, but what can I do to keep weight on? I'm 46 years old, 5'9", and weigh 120 on a good day. If i go to the gym EVERYDAY, within a couple months I'm able to gain 15 pounds give or take but my goal weight is 145-150. My friends tell me I don't have a legitimate problem; however, I am a wife and mother of 6. I'm so uncomfortable with my body shape. I've tried so many different things from vitamins to supplements, but nothing has worked. My bloodwork comes back good; however, my doctor tells me I should be a 300-pounder due to my thyroid being hypo. I would appreciate any help or suggestions.

I always heard that magnesium was supposed to help with sleep but it never worked for me until it started Dr Davis's magnesium water, which is magnesium hydroxide in carbonated water. Holy smokes I am sleeping like a rock and I'm back to having awesome dreams.
I also wanted to note that my fasting reset really kicked butt on my morning blood glucose readings. 3 days in I was still at 120 before it came down. Now a week and a half later I'm in '80s and '90s. Fasting is a miracle drug!
