By the advice of my higher self i listened today to some music i haven't listened to in a while. But some songs made my symptoms rise somewhat. I wonder if i should continue as in getting my protector to get use to it, or is this considered "forcing".

Dennis do you think wearing a fitbit is not good for health anxiety? My heartrate has been faster than normal but still in normal range. I cant stop worrying about it. Ty

why is it that every time i make some progress and listen to my higher self the next day my lower self finds something new and worse to worry about that i am not able to rationalise ( like i found a new lump today) . I really dont know how to proceed ? should i go to the doc and repeat the cycle or learn to accept it?
