I'm so glad to hear this. I want consistency and a common thread running through these films. I think that's why they've been as successful as they have so far. Cameron is a genius visionary when it comes to sci-fi 😉

Thank god, if it was left to someone else I doubt it would work as well as it does. Avatar is James’s creation and he is showing us, it doesn’t work if it’s not his creation he is bringing to life

This is a real double-edged sword. Just like Star Wars, the more Avatar media we get (games, movies, tv shows, and so on), the greater opportunity for Avatar to be completely ruined. It’s like the intellectual properties that are left alone stay in perfect condition, whereas the franchises that go on for longer eventually lose what made them special in the first place. Same thing happened to terminator and call of duty. Not saying this would happen to Avatar, but there is more room to mess up with more movies on the way.
