The egg one. I like the burger but when you're sauteing anything and flipping it up there are two things.
First, the action won't be completely vertical. Even if it's close there will be some rotational movement. Also, when it comes down the elements have a tendency to laterally slide (think of stacking of burger too high and it falling apart). For example, if the top landed a little to the side and then started to slide off a little it would look way more realistic.
That said, I LOVE the style and the oscillating animation to make the scene feel alive. Bro, I want to make stuff like that. Well done
