You got the names mixed up, Russia right before ww1 was never called the Russian tsardom, you are thinking of just before Peter the great’s victory during the great northern war, before that yes it was called the Russian tsardom but after it was the Russian empire up to the February revolution it took many names, the Russian republic, the Russian provisional government, but after world war 1 well you are correct with the names
