I'm redesigning the mould, as I initially just wanted to see if I could 3D model first the tetrapod shape and then the mould around it, and I basically just miniaturised an existing real life metal mould (without the loose end caps, which I will address in the next iteration of the mould as well, so stay tuned) instead of thinking of how I could best cast this shape because yes I know, there are far more effective and easier ways to do that. Especially with some of the tools and materials I also have. But that wasn't the point. I want to challenge myself to 1. aquire some extra CAD skills 2. work with concrete 3. make cool diorama grade stuff and 4. learn unexpected new things along the way as well. So far I’m ticking those boxes, so .. To be continued!
