I am in desperate need of a car to get back & forth to work the grocery & the Dr. So trust & believe I would absolutely drive that "death trap" to where ever I needed to be!
Although it sure must be nice to be in a position where you are able to just through good money after bad. Unfortunately I've never been in a position to do something like that. However, if I were I'd probably give it to someone that was in need of a car, because I know how it feels to need.

I got a 99' ford explorer limited with the 5.0 for $1200. The only bad paint it has is pealing paint on the hood, no rust and not many issues (other than suspension issues from age) runs great and purrs like a kitten and is great for what it is! (No I don't destroy it)
