I live in Dubai and it was terrible it lasted for 8 to 9 hrs but thankfully it’s all cleared out so no need to worry and it happened on 16th April so we are all good but a lot of stores are still closed bc a lot of things got damaged in the rain😢

These four storm waves along with the atmospheric dust were already going to dump unusually much rain. If they seeded that would seem like a bad choice.

It is not because of cloud seeding, it is mainly because of drainage system failure. In the videos, it is clearly seen that some part of the road is not flooded while some roads are flooded with water.
Water flows from higher level to lower level.
