Tengo un aceite de lavanda y cuando me sentía muy estresada o con síntomas de ansiedad ponía unas gotitas en mis muñecas y me gustaba olerlo. Y sentía q me tranquiliza a gracias a Dios. Y sin saber q ayudaba para la ansiedad. Algunos olores me relajan , también tengo un aceite de sandalo y otro de hierba buena.
