I would say the best blueberry muffin ive had was Costas mini muffin that was blueberry and white chocolate (i pick out the chocolate cause i hate chocolate chips in cakes)
The cake was mild but the jam inside WAS PERFECT - delightfully tangy
However they nolonger do them

if you rince the frozen blueberries in some water for a while or let them soak in water, you wouldn't have those purple streaks going through the muffins. just an aesthetic choice, i personally don't care lol

I pick the top off and eat it first, then i devour the delicious fluffy center. It's amazing.

Iike to use half dried blueberries and half fresh blueberries to cut down a bit on the added moisture from the berries.
