For me putting the toe tiny increments forward has resulted in more distance without compromising dispersion.

to get into the physics of it, the slight toe up counteracts the deflection the arc of the swing puts on the ball. as another golf youtuber said, the optimum toe up is about the thickness of a pound coin, which is $1.27, US.

i’m 6’7 and have my clubs extended 2” (you can’t extend them any more than that), also have a very fast swing speed. but i notice sometimes my divots are deeper on the far end and I feel like i can’t get low enough to have the toe of the club in the air at address.

Curious, I've seen instructional clips of Tiger Woods communicating the opposite, toe slightly down, more so for shorter shots.

Is it for the all the iron?
The toe down will be just for the approch and wedging?

Only time you want the toe down is for short chips

horrible advice as a pga pro caddy. It depends on how they swing.
