Herkes carnivore beslenmeye yönelirken benim hala etsiz pazartesiyi zorlayışım ektedir 😁

5-6 pırasa
1 kapya biber
1 portakalın suyu
1 tk tuz
100 gr tereyağı
1/2 su bardağı un
500 ml süt
Muskat rendesi
Kaşar rendesi

Pırasa ve biberi doğrayıp zeytinyağında kavurun, tuz ekleyip, üzerine portakalın suyunu sıkın. Karnabaharı videdodaki gibi keserek fırında 180 derecede 15 dakika pişirin. Fırın kabına pişmiş pırasaları koyup üzerine karnabahar dilimlerini koyun. Beşamel sos için tereyağını tencerede eritip unu üzerine ekleyin. Unu iyice kavurup üzerine süt ekleyin, sürekli karıştırın. Kaynamaya başlayınca muskat ekleyin. Beşamel sosu karnabaharın üzerini kaplayacak şekilde dökün. Fırında 180 derecede 10 dakika pişirip üzerine kaşar rendesini koyun ve 10 dakika daha kaşar eriyene kadar pişirin.

Not 1: portakal suyu pırasaya çok güzel bir aroma veriyor, eklenmese de olur ama bence ekleyin :)
Not 2: beşamel sos yaparken muskat eklemiyorsanız çok büyük eksiklik, bana inanın bir kere ekleyince hep eklemek isteyeceksiniz.
Not 3: karnabahar bu şekilde pişince asla kokmuyor, koksa ben yiyemem zaten o yüzden gönül rahatlığıyla yapabilirsi

While everyone is turning to carnivore diet, here is my still trying hard to have a meatless Monday😁

Vegetable gratin 🥦

🇬🇧 Ingredients
1 small cauliflower
5-6 leeks
1 capia pepper
Juice of 1 orange
1 tsp salt
100 gr butter
1/2 cup flour
500 ml milk
Grated nutmeg
Grated cheddar cheese

Chop the leek and pepper and fry in olive oil, add salt and squeeze the juice of the orange on top. Cut the cauliflower as in the video and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Put the cooked leeks in the baking dish and put the cauliflower slices on top. For the béchamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour on top. Brown the flour well and add the milk on top, stirring constantly. When it starts to boil, add the nutmeg. Pour the béchamel sauce so that it covers the cauliflower. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, add grated cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

Note 1: The orange juice gives the leek a very nice aroma, it would be fine not to add it but I think you should add it :)
Note 2: If you do not add nutmeg when making bechamel sauce, it is a big mistake, believe me, once you add it, you will want to keep adding it.

Note 3: When cauliflower is cooked this way, it never smells, if it smells, I would not be able to eat it anyway, so you can make it with peace of m

Alors que tout le monde se tourne vers le régime carnivore, voici moi qui m'efforce toujours de passer un lundi sans viande 😁

Gratin de légumes 🥦

🇫🇷 Ingrédients
1 petit chou-fleur
5-6 poireaux
1 piment capia
Jus d'1 orange
1 càc de sel
100 gr de beurre
1/2 tasse de farine
500 ml de lait
Noix de muscade râpée
Fromage cheddar râpé

Hachez le poireau et le poivron et faites-les revenir dans l'huile d'olive, salez et pressez le jus de l'orange par-dessus. Coupez le chou-fleur comme dans la vidéo et faites cuire au four à 180 degrés pendant 15 minutes. Mettez les poireaux cuits dans le plat de cuisson et mettez les tranches de chou-fleur par-dessus. Pour la sauce béchamel, faites fondre le beurre dans une casserole et ajoutez la farine par-dessus. Faites bien dorer la farine et ajoutez le lait par-dessus en remuant constamment. Quand ça commence à bouillir, ajoutez la noix de muscade. Versez la sauce béchamel de manière à ce qu'elle recouvre le chou-fleur. Enfournez à 180 degrés pendant 10 minutes, ajoutez le fromage râpé par-dessus et laissez cuire encore 10 minutes jusqu'à ce que le fromage fonde.

Note 1 : Le jus d'orange donne au poireau un très bel arôme, ce serait bien de ne pas en ajouter mais je pense que vous devriez en ajouter :)
Note 2 : Si vous n'ajoutez pas de muscade lors de la préparation de la sauce béchamel, c'est une grosse erreur, croyez-moi, une fois que vous l'aurez ajoutée, vous aurez envie de continuer à en ajouter.

Note 3 : Lorsque le chou-fleur est cuit de cette façon, il ne sent jamais, s'il sent, je ne pourrais pas le manger de toute façon, vous pouvez donc le préparer en toute tranquill
