I’m the mom of an adult with special needs. He sometimes can’t walk or won’t walk depending on what’s happening. I have had to use a shopping cart on a few occasions ( thank you God for the random cart 🛒 in the neighborhood). I had to help a friend who sprained her knee really badly far away from the car. So you just never really know what you need to know

When my 14 yo granddaughter was little, I would embarrass her by telling every mother and grandmother I saw while we were shopping this trick.
