Don’t forget to follow the method as it is to get the perfect &yummilicious kebabs.

Ingredients :
Carrots 4 finely chopped
Cabbage 1 small finely chopped
Capsicum 1 small finely chopped
Green chillies 3 finely chopped
Potato 2 cup boiled & mashed
Maggie (Boiled)
Chicken shredded
Pepper powder
Alali chicken stock/Magic Maggie Masala
Salt

First boil the chicken & keep aside. Now in the same water add the veggies & cook for 3-4 mins.
Boil & mash the potatoes. Crush the Maggie & boil.
Now in a big bowl add the veggies + potato + chicken + green chilli + maggie + pepper powder + salt & mix everything together! Make in shape of cutlets/kebabs. Coat with bread crumbs & let it sit for 15 mins. Now whisk an egg, dip the cutlet in it & shallow fry on medium heat until brown!✨
