Okeanos' is not God of the ocean. We in the modern decided name vast seas oceans, but 'okean' in Greek means to surround or encircle. While he was a water deity, being the father of Phorcys, Nereus, Amphitrite, Metis, Dione, Doris and all the patemoi and okeanids he did not have the same function among the Titan gods as Poseidon did among the Olympian gods. Okeanos' held a very special and specific duty; holding the Chaos of the abyss at bay so that it would not consume order (creation). This is why Okeanos' (and his wife Thethys) did not participate in the Titanomachy. It was not a matter of ideology but necessity; if Okeanos' and Thethys stopped holding off the affects of the abyss the war between Titan and Olympian God wouldn't have mattered as they all would have been reabsorbed back into primordial Chaos.
Also it is Iapetus who was associated with reason and intelligence not Coeus. Iapetus and Clemene are the parents of Prometheus, Epimetheus, Atlas, and Mnemosyne all of whom are mind-associated divinities.
Coeus and Phoebe (<-a Titaness you missed) are the parents of Perses God of meteors and comets, Asteria the asteroid/shooting star goddess, Leto goddess of light. They are the heavenly titans.
Krios and Eurybia are the titans of calamity and struggle. Krios represented the oppressive southern heat while Eurybia represented the impassable nature of the southern seas. Their children are Pallas, Titan god of valor, Zelus god of zeal, Bia goddess of force, Kratos god of power, and Nike goddess of victory.

Phoebe is moon titaness, I think. Little known fact, during the Titanomachy, all the Titaness didn't fought in the war and some joined the Olympians. Some of the male Titans didn't fought either and a few joined on the side of the Olympians. 😊
