Banana Chocolate Muffin

Nostalgia dengan resep muffin pertama kali yang pernah saya buat. Diadaptasi dari buku Simple and Moist Cakenya Ci Tintin Rayner. Lembut, dak seret dan ga perlu pake mixer :)

Saya bake dengan kertas cupcake ukuran 5 cm (dapat sekitar 10 cup) yang kemudian dipercantik dgn tulip case motif koran (tersedia di @cherlita.id ya aneka motif dan warna)

Bahan A:
3 buah pisang tua dan besar dilumatkan
1 butir telur ukuran besar
80 gr gula pasir
30 gr gula palem
85 gr butter leleh
1 sdt pasta vanila (saya pakai extract vanilla)

Bahan B:
190 gr tepung terigu protein rendah
1 sdt baking powder double action
1/2 sdt baking soda
1/2 sdt bubuk kayu manis (opsional)
secukupnya chocochips

Langkah2:
Preheat oven 180 dercel api atas bawah
Aduk semua bahan A dgn whisk hingga rata
Ayak bahan B di baskom lain. Buat cekungan di tengah, dan tuang bahan A sambil diaduk dgn whisk hingga rata (jangan over-mix)
Tuang ke cup muffin (ga perlu ampe penuh cukup 3/4 aja), Taburi chocochips di atasnya.
Panggang kurleb 25 menit hingga matang, siap dinikmati.
