I’ve been driving for over 20 years and drive a ton. I’ve even driven in some of the biggest cities in the US. Driving in Europe looks crazy confusing.

So many collisions must happen at mini roundabouts; I have always been a bit confused by them, as it seems that turning right gives you the priority, but the learner driver was also technically to the other car's right and they arrived simultaneously. No harm in waiting for a clear road, like a normal junction (unless traffic is heavy).
