You're only gonna eat this meal and stop food for the entire day because 2300 cal is insane that the regular requirement for an adult and he exercise "EXERCISE"

Yeah.... terrible advice.

1. That's a ridiculous amount of oil, cholesterol, and salt.
2. 2300 cals is almost a full daily intake of an average man.

If you are genuinely looking to gain muscle, this is terrible advice. I reccomend taking this down lol
