Tell me you have never visited any of these places without telling me you have never visited them. Yes, it is true that some people in these places don't speak English but more speak it than you know. Will it always be the most fluent, no. But can I still carry a conversation and we both understand each other? Majority of the times yes. But even when it isn't, translate works damn good and we can still understand each other.

I'm in the Philippines... even though I know 5 Philippines languages... I've rarely spoken them. Everyone I've met speaks English. Most don't realize I understand everything they say even if I'm not talking to them directly...🤫🫡

A fair amount of the citizens speak English in the philippines
More so than the other countries she named
Not 100% of course but a sizable percentage of the population speaks some English
