And To even unlock Divine at all, Go to the Howling Peaks area, Then find & "Go Through" (Just Hit The Walls Repeatedly With Your Nail/Sword) a few "Unbreakable" walls, then find "*The corpse of a large bug*" inside a Small Room behind a Corridor/Hallway that has 2 small Hand-Shaped Poles & a Metal/Stone "Stump". You're then gonna "*Dream-Nail*" the Bug-Corpse after interacting with it (You'll eventually get the "Dream-Nail" at a point during the Story), And then you're gonna go back into the room with the Pole & "Stump", And there will now be a Larger Hand-Shaped Pole behind where the "Stump" is, And the "Stump" itself will start to look more like a small Brazier/Torch now. So now, go ahead and hit that Brazier/Torch repeatedly a few times until a Red Flame appears on it. A short In-Game Event will occur, And each of the Poles will have Flames appear on top of them. After yet ANOTHER really short In-Game Event, You can then GO BACK to Dirtmouth*, Where you will then find the *TWO Grimm-Troupe tents, and then you can do your "Business" with Divine. Oh, And in order for Divine to upgrade the "*Fragile*" Charms (*SEPERATELY*) after you get them from Leg-Eater in Fungal Wastes, You get back on the bench in Dirtmouth*, Equip any 1 of the "*Fragile*" Charms, And if you have enough Geo, go into her tent (The *SMALLER Tent on the *LEFT*), And Interact with (Talk to) Her. She will then have her little dialogue, And then She will Take/Snatch the One "*Fragile*" Charm out of your Inventory. And Then after you finally continue talking to her, She will do the same thing in the Short, and ask for an INSANE Amount of Geo to make the Fragile Charms "*Unbreakable*", meaning you'll keep them forever after you have these interactions with her. (And also, The entrance to the "Howling Peaks" is right behind where you Spawn in at the Very Beginning of the game.) So all of you new HK Players most likely aren't gonna even read all of that mess, But I HIGHLY recommend that you do. It explains a decent bit about some Great Charms In-Game.
