~1 tsp Salt
~1/4 tsp nutmeg
~1/2 tsp cinnamon
~2 overripe plantains
~2 eggs
~2 cups of milk
~1 tsp banana flavour (added off cam)
~1/3 cup of oil (please add when blending your wet mixture)
