Let’s go with Wally West Flash, for most the definitive version of The Flash, due to growing up with the DCAU.
He ran faster than teleportation and outran Death itself in the form of the Black Flash, a version of Death specifically designed to forever hunt Speedsters. Wally did this by running to the edge of creation itself where Death had no power or concept. Again Creation. Not Universe or Multiverse. That’s way faster than Sonic out speeding a Black Hole.
Wally is also stated and proved to be faster than his Mentor Barry Allen. Allen sacrificed himself once to save the whole Multiverse by running so fast he absorbed blast of The Anti-Monitor’s Anti-Matter cannon into a speed vortex. Both obviously have grown stronger since then.
