I’m happiest when I eat carnivore. My mind and body both work exceptionally well! There are short seasons, like now, where I’m animal-based, but not fully carnivore. I don’t know why I strayed…but it’s time to head back to all animal. Eggs and ground beef is my favorite!

Honestly, you do you but its great that youre still giving your kids a balanced diet. Kids need different from adults, and Ive seen carnivore parents who push their TODDLERS into carnivore, honestly kinds scary.
