Guys I am smelling my new TF Tobacco Vanille and I have to recommend you buy Herod. Tobacco Vanille has a blaring front-facing poparie scent that is just reallllly tough to get past imo. I'm surprised, actually.

I tested both about a month ago and came to the same conclusion. I admire many TF fragrances but Tobacco Vanille, or as I would stylize it - Tobacco. Vanille., let me down a little. If fragrances were stereo equipment TFTV would be sending tobacco to one speaker and vanilla to the other speaker. That’s it - and I was not enveloped by the music of this fragrance. Photorealistic, both notes, but little complexity and depth. Better on the skin than on a strip, but I wasn’t pleased walking around in a scent so “on the nose”. Especially when compared to the sweet charm of Herod.
