Try this exercise on for size:
Get on hands and knees on a mat and place a yoga block under your right knee.

Keeping your right thigh vertical, allow your left hip to drop below the right and then slowly lift the left hip higher than the right.
Try inhaling as it drops and exhaling as it lifts.
Move slowly and with control.
Keep hips and shoulders squared to the ground.
