Love the no-gi content. I enjoy rolling with gi but most of my time on the mat is no-gi.

I train judo once a week to supplement my bjj. I’ve been doing it for 3 months or so and for the last 7 weeks I’ve trained nothing but tai otoshi. First time I ever hit tai otoshi in bjj was with an undertook. It was with a gi on though. I tried for more traditional grips, but I am a white belt and my opponent was a brown belt so his grip fighting was way better, but he was playing with me a bit and let me get the underhook so I basically used the momentum and did tai otoshi as I put the underhook in and down he went. I’ve trained one martial art or another since I was 6, so like 18 years now, and I think nailing a judo throw in bjj is my favorite memory so far. Maybe I’ll hit it in a tournament. That would probably feel even better.

I do Judo, BJJ, and No Gi and I can't agree enough that the underhook is an absolute lifesaver...
