I've had that too where they gave me nonvegan items on the plane and it made me so sketched out about any of the things that didn't have an ingredients list that they gave me. Sorry you had that happen too! Hopefully in the future it won't happen again!

Emirates on our long haul to and from Osaka, they overfed us . Vegan food but quality ranged from brilliant to meh. Even at 4am they were putting bags of crisps in my hand..

I thought my flights to and from Japan from the USA had some rather bland vegan options but I reflected on how I was eating decent food way, way up in the air in the year 2023 and I felt like a king XD. Reminding myself that flying about 13 hours to the other side of the world eating a fruit cup, the contents of which probably came from different places in the world, made me feel a sense of gratitude and the food started to taste better!
