P.S. one portion of peanut butter is very calorie dense, but it containing about 1 million calories is of course an exaggerat

Greek yogurt is underrated. About 100-130 calories and usually 16-20 grams of protein per serving, depending on the brand. It's really good for getting protein in on a deficit and great for cooking with.

I've been following you for at least 6 months and so enjoy your advice. I have trouble eating vegetables. Most I dislike immensely. How important are they really? I would love to see you ranking the fast food calories, I know it's junk food after all, but it would help knowing the average calories numbers for unhealthy food as well

Peanut butter was life saver for me. I dont like it on bread, peanut butter with apple slices is so good. I ate it nearly everyday and still lost a lot of weight.

I found some protein bars that are under 100 calories , and i am now a popcorn girl haha such an easy low calorie yummy snack, i have a small portion often, im not really a berry person but i love them blended in a smoothie, love eggs, love peanut butter i use a healthier peanut butter i like it on hot toast

Now that I've been able to keep my stress levels under control for the last sis months, I'm not super hungry even when I'm in a deficit, so I'd rather have the whole eggs. They taste so much better. But last year, when I was super hungry all the time, egg whites did help to keep the calories under control

Underrated - 250ml no sugar (unsweetened) soy milk + 100g Emmi yoghurt. Blend into a shake with some water.

158kcal for approx 15grams of protein and you get atleast 350ml worth of liquid. Great complement to a breakfast meal of 2 scrambled eggs and a cup of raspberries.

I will say i dont think protein bars are as overrated as some people think, cause the one time i ate 2 barebells for lunch(noon) at work because i forgot a lunch, i wasnt hungry until after i got back from the gym at 8PM πŸ˜…

Love your videos, but I gotta disagree about the peanut butter. I ate peanut butter almost everyday when I was losing weight. The key was to keep track of my portions (15 - 30 grams) and pair it with high protein/high fiber foods like fruit and Greek yogurt. The peanut butter made the meal more satiating, and I felt full for hours.
