Thanks to White Collar MMA for the opportunity to attend a kids class where the kids learned the basic techniques of the sport. In this one-hour trial, kids learned to throw and fall safely as well as how to control their balance and counteract the opponent's strength.
But beyond the actual class, we were really impressed by Coach Spencer and his team as they inject fun into the class and being patient with the kids. He is after all the National Head of Kudo Singapore, NROC coach in wrestling and boxing, and a licensed international referee in Asian MMA - not someone we would imagine being thrown around by the kids 😀
It was a good mix of a workout physically and a mental confident boosting session.
White Collar MMA is opening up more Kids Trial Classes. Suitable for 6 years old and above, the trials are priced at $15 per kid at 1 hour session. Multiple sessions are available.
